SHIPPING INFORMATION

As of February 2026, we've updated our shipping rates and policies. 

We now offer a flat rate of $15 on most orders to physical addresses in Australia. We will continue to ship very small orders (typically less than 500g) including our 'Little Legends' covers for $10 (Standard AusPost) or $15 (Express AusPost).

Shipping of larger items (especially to WA) may attract higher shipping fees. We will contact you with any additional charges that may apply, prior to shipping your item.

We endeavour to post all "off the shelf" products within 24 hours. All custom made cables will be posted within 3-4 business days. If an order includes both "off the shelf" and custom made products, they will be posted together when the custom made cables are ready.

We have also partnered with a new distributor who ship direct to to our customers from Victoria. It may be the case your items are shipped in two packages from two different locations (ie one direct from us and one direct from our distributor). You will not be charged shipping twice if this is the case, we absorb this cost.

Our packages are sent by the most economical means which is typically Standard Australia Post with some larger items being sent by courier.
