Shipping policy

Shipping

As of September 2026, we've updated our shipping rates.

We ship to physical addresses within Australia. For most orders, shipping at checkout is:

• $20 for orders up to $99
• $15 for orders from $99.01 to $500
• Free for orders over $500

All prices include GST.

Larger items: Larger items, especially those going to WA, may cost more to ship. If extra charges apply, we'll contact you before your order is sent.

Dispatch times: Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.

Multiple packages: Some items ship directly from our distributor in Victoria, so your order may arrive in two packages from two locations. You'll only pay shipping once. We cover the cost of the second package.

How we ship: We use the most economical option. That's usually Australia Post standard delivery, with some larger items sent by courier.
