Made-to-Order Leads for Linking Battery Banks and Busbars

This matched pair of 1000mm battery cable leads is made to order from 35mm² flexible orange cable, with an Exotronic bellmouth lug (stud size as chosen) professionally crimped at both ends of each lead - four terminations in total. Red and black heat shrink marks the positive and negative leads so polarity is obvious at a glance when linking battery banks, busbars or inverter connections.

The fully annealed, tinned-copper bellmouth lugs have a flared entry that guides the fine cable strands into the barrel without splaying, supporting a clean crimp and a corrosion-resistant, low-resistance connection. The cable is rated at 0.6/1kV.
