Class 5 Flexible Copper with Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen Construction

This 95mm² orange single-core flexible cable is supplied as one continuous 250m roll. Its plain annealed Class 5 copper conductor suits battery banks, inverters, busbars, solar and energy-storage systems, and other correctly designed power installations. Order quantity 1 is one complete roll.

X-HF-110 insulation and an HFS-110-TP outer sheath give a flexible low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) construction. The cable is rated at 0.6/1kV and is manufactured to AS/NZS 1125, AS/NZS 3808, AS/NZS 5000.1 and AS/NZS 3013.

*Reference current-carrying capacity: 434A. This is the AS/NZS 3008.1.1:2017 Table 6 value for two single-core flexible copper cables with 110°C X-HF-110 insulation, unenclosed and spaced in free air at 40°C ambient air temperature. It is not a universal circuit rating: correction and derating factors apply for ambient temperature, grouping or bundling, installation method, enclosure, thermal insulation and other heat sources.
