Introducing our Silver Aluminium Solar Panel Mounting Brackets, the ideal solution for securely fastening your glass-fixed solar panels. Constructed from robust yet lightweight aluminium, these brackets ensure a secure fit for your solar energy setup.

Included Hardware

Our solar panel brackets come complete with all necessary hardware for a seamless installation, including 4 stainless bolts, washers and nuts, 8 coarse silver tech screws and 8 fine silver tech screws.

Requires adhesive such as Sikaflex or Fix15.

Easy Installation Process

The installation process for our solar panel mounting brackets is as follows:

1. Position the brackets to your solar panel.
2. The brackets can be attached to the solar panel in one of three methods:
   1. Using the provided bolts and factory machined holes on the solar panel in appropriate locations
   2. Using the tech screws with fine threads after pre-drilling
   3. Using both the bolts and using the tech screws with fine threads after pre-drilling
3. Position the panel on the roof or other substrate and mark the locations for the holes required into the roof substrate
4. Pre-drill the marked locations.
5. Clean both the bracket and substrate using iso-propyl alcohol until thoroughly clean and dry.
6. Apply an appropriate adhesive to completely cover the underside of the bracket.
7. Securely screw the bracket in place using the coarse thread tech screws (coarse thread tech screws are typically compatible with fibreglass, timber and other roof types but always verify compatibility with your roof type)
8. Optionally cover the base of the bracket and tops of screws with additional adhesive for a secure, watertight solar panel installation.

Future Solar Panel Removal Made Easy

The kit includes 8 tech screws for mounting into the roof and 8 for mounting into the solar panel. This design allows for easy future solar panel removal while ensuring a strong, durable mount. Please note that pre-drilling the solar panel is required.
