Manufactured by KEY, an Australian cable maker based in South Australia, it uses 99.9% OFHC (Oxygen Free High Conductivity) copper conductors (16 strands of 0.30mm per core) to keep resistance low and maintain voltage at the load over light accessory circuit runs such as LED lighting and small pumps.

Each core is insulated in V90HT PVC rated to 90°C, with a UV-stabilised black outer sheath suited to exposed chassis, canopy and roof runs. The twin-core design bonds a colour-coded red and black core pair inside one jacket for a tidy single-cable install, and the cable carries a 16A current rating with a 120V DC maximum, suiting 12V, 24V and 48V low-voltage systems.
