With a current rating of 135A at 30°C (derating factors apply), it suits auxiliary battery charging, DC-DC chargers, large MPPT solar controllers and inverter connections. The cable is rated for maximum DC voltage up to 120V, making it suitable for 12V, 24V, and 48V systems in caravans, 4WDs, marine setups, and off-grid solar arrays.

It uses a high-conductivity oxygen-free copper conductor with fine-stranded construction for flexibility and vibration resistance, with a low electrical resistance of 0.9 ohm/km at 20°C. The PVC insulation is rated up to 90°C, for reliable performance under the bonnet, in chassis runs and in marine environments.

*Note typical de-rating factors apply: current capacity reduces when cables are bundled or ambient temperatures exceed 30°C. For example, two cables bundled together require a 0.8 multiplier, reducing the effective rating to 108A.
