This 100-metre roll of 4B&S (20.29mm² per core) twin core automotive cable is manufactured by KEY, an Australian cable maker based in South Australia. The 99.9% OFHC (Oxygen Free High Conductivity) copper conductors (203/0.36 stranding) keep resistance low over long cable runs, helping maintain voltage at the load in high-current circuits such as inverters, DC-DC chargers and dual-battery interconnects.

Each core is insulated in V90HT PVC rated to 90°C, inside a UV-stabilised black outer sheath that encloses a colour-coded red and black core pair, so positive and negative conductors run together in one jacket. The cable carries a 135A current rating and a 120V DC maximum rating, making it suitable for 12V, 24V and 48V low-voltage systems.

Supplied as a continuous 100-metre roll, this length suits workshops, installers and larger dual-battery or solar projects that need to cut cable to size without joins.
