Manufactured by KEY, an Australian cable maker based in South Australia, it uses 99.9% OFHC (Oxygen Free High Conductivity) copper conductors (203 strands of 0.36mm per core) to keep resistance low and maintain voltage at the load over high-current runs such as inverters, DC-DC chargers and dual-battery interconnects.

Each core is insulated in V90HT PVC rated to 90°C, with a UV-stabilised black outer sheath suited to exposed chassis, canopy and roof runs. The twin-core design bonds a colour-coded red and black core pair inside one jacket for a tidy single-cable install, and the cable carries a 135A current rating with a 120V DC maximum, suiting 12V, 24V and 48V low-voltage systems.
