Each core is insulated in V90HT PVC rated to 90°C, with a UV-stabilised black outer sheath that resists sunlight, oil and abrasion on exposed chassis and roof runs. The twin-core design keeps a colour-coded red and black core pair inside one jacket, and the cable carries a 29A current rating and a 120V DC maximum rating, making it suitable for 12V, 24V and 48V low-voltage systems.
