Wired Commissioning and Diagnostics for Lithium NG Batteries and BMS NG

The Victron Lithium NG Service Tool (LiNGST) gives installers and service technicians a direct, wired connection between a Windows PC and the M8 service connector on Victron's Lithium NG batteries and BMS NG range. Where Bluetooth or Wi-Fi access is unavailable or unreliable, this tool provides a stable USB link for commissioning, debugging and in-depth system analysis on site.

Using the free Lithium NG Service Tool application for Windows, the LiNGST can monitor and log live per-cell data from a Lithium NG battery (Battery tester), log data from multiple daisy-chained batteries at once (Data sniffer), or emulate a Lithium NG battery to inspect BMS behaviour - such as ATD, ATC, pre-alarm and relay status - without a physical battery connected (BMS tester). Recorded data is saved as log files for later analysis or remote support.

This USB-A variant (ASS032300010) is fitted with a 150cm USB-A cable and a 20cm M8 connector lead. It communicates over the BMS cable with the Lithium NG battery, Lynx Smart BMS NG 500/1000, VE.Bus BMS NG and smallBMS NG. Victron also offers a USB-C version (ASS032300030) with the same cable lengths for PCs without a USB-A port.
